GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers that have not been previously published or are currently under consideration elsewhere. Please note that any copyright infringement issues remain the sole responsibility of the authors. All submissions for the IEMIS 2026 Conference Proceedings must be written in proficient English.

The EDAS portal will be utilized as the official platform for paper submissions. Accordingly, authors must submit their papers without including names or affiliations.

The organizers of IEMIS 2026 maintain a strict policy regarding plagiarism. Authors must avoid the representation of another’s words, thoughts, or ideas as their own without proper attribution. The Technical Program Committee will verify the originality of all submissions using Turnitin plagiarism-checking software. Consistent with our established standards, any paper with a similarity score exceeding 10% and 2% from a single source will not be processed further.

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts at https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=34272 reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the SCOPE of the conference.

MODE OF PRESENTATION

Authors are required to present their research during the scheduled sessions of IEMIS 2026. Please be advised that both formal registration and active participation in the conference are mandatory for a paper to be included in the official proceedings. The organizing committee will only include manuscripts in the final publication for authors who have completed their registration and fulfilled the presentation requirements.

• Regular Paper 10 pages minimum and 12 pages maximum.
• To add more pages, an amout of CAD 100 per page shall be charged.
• There is no provision for submitting short papers and posters.
• Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference.
